Modest and clean hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds.

Fairly clean hotel with accommodating staff and perfect location so close to all area attractions and wide variety of restaurants and Mary campus and restaurants.

The hotel was small with lots of well laid out rooms. The property was in a central location near several sites that we interested in.

the staff was extremely helpful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the food was nice.

We had a great experience here. Fairly decent hotel located in a pretty nice area next to Busch Gardens and Mary campus and Williamsburg. Breakfast with sausage links. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were very rude.

Terrific stay, as always. Clean hotel, there were immaculate staff and rooms. The property was located about 25 minutes walk from the city center. Also, property was 2 miles away from art museums. The bedroom was separate, liked it.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible.

I loved the hotel - absolutely perfect location and outstanding staff. The room was cozy, bright. Everything was great as expected, but the bathroom was dirty. The continental breakfast was warm and savoury, a wide array of options.

Location was spectacular, room was well airconditioned, good value. The staff - fair and were eager to help with the requests.

We loved it during our excellent stay. Friendly service, great breakfast, fantastic location. Hotel was neat. The pool was great and the views were exceptional. What's mote - there was good internet.

Hotel was impeccably clean and extremely convenient, had very stylish staff, brilliant rooms. The room was reasonably priced. Charming location, just off - Busch Gardens and the parks, yet the area itself was very very poor.

Wi-Fi was disappointing, uninspiring views.

The room was cozy and warm, the hotel was clean. I appreciated the room, the bed was soft. Breakfast had plenty of nice food and drinks. Family-run venue set in the great area.

Internet was terrible, made me a little nervous.

Descent property, spotless, its location and staff were perfect. We loved the Irish bar. Huge bathroom, comfy bed, spacious bedroom. The pool was nice, had a hot tub and parasols.

The staff was super friendly and my room was cozy. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was awesome stay, I would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel with an awesome location and EXTREMELY HELPFUL staff. Bus stop is 15 minutes' walk away.

Prime location, large room and I loved efficient staff. Swimming pool was lovely and breakfast was good. Just walking distance from the beautiful beach. Also, colonial williamsburg town was 2 miles away. Fast check in and late check out.

A very nice friendly hotel in Williamsburg. Hot breakfast with lots of food, reasonably priced. The pool was well maintained, good after a tiring day.

Good stay in this hotel. Staff is mostly friendly, location is superb, breakfast is free. It's found in a decent area, within walking distance of many landmarks of Williamsburg.

Rooms were very clean. Had nice dainties at victoria's garden cafe, located minutes away from the hotel. Would happily return, the property met what we needed...

Golden Corral is within a walking distance of the hotel. Superb base for a vacation in Williamsburg! Fortunately, free WiFi was available;))

The workers were really friendly. Breakfast was GREAT as you get in any 3 star hotel.

This place is perfect to stay if you visit jamestown settlement. Easy walk to the restaurant Peter Chang.

We loved staff and the food here. Complimentary breakfast each day. 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop. Stay there and enjoy your Williamsburg vacation.
